Habitats
Four habitats, thirteen plates each. A habitat is not an industry. It is the thing a founder struggled against and overcame, and the four of them are the chapters of the collection.
The industry is the plate. Each plate recognises one founder from a distinct industry, and when a plate fills, that industry closes for the life of the series.
Closed. Remote-first outsourcing, plate No. 01.
Open. Fifty-one industries remain, and one is claimed at commissioning rather than at enquiry. If your sector is not yet in the collection, it is available, and the first company from it to take a plate is the only one that will be in it.
We do not announce a subject before their film is commissioned, so this list grows one line at a time rather than being published in advance.
The run
The collection
Fifty-two plates in four chapters of thirteen. Each chapter is a habitat: the thing its thirteen founders struggled against and overcame. A plate fills when its film publishes, and it stays filled.
Chapter One: Adaptation
Species that changed shape when the conditions changed. In production.
Chapter Two: Territory
Species that hold ground against something larger.
Chapter Three: Migration
Species that moved, and were altered by the moving.
Chapter Four: Symbiosis
Species that live inside another's system, and make it work.
