This website is operated by Fifty Two Icons to describe the 52 Icons documentary series and to take enquiries about participation. Using the site means accepting these terms.

Accuracy

We take care that what is published here is accurate, and the corrections process on the disclosure page applies to this site as much as to the films. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Participation in the series is agreed in a separate written agreement, which governs over anything said here.

Copyright

The films, key art, text and design of this site belong to Fifty Two Icons or its licensors. Plate subjects receive their own licence to their finished film under their participation agreement. You are welcome to link to any page. Do not republish the content as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Fifty Two Icons is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
